Super Saver Deadline Approaches For Odors And Air Emissions 2010

The Water Environment Federation (WEF) and the Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA) will present Odors and Air Emissions 2010, March 21 – 24, 2010 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, N.C. Held in cooperation with the North Carolina Water Environment Association, this bi-annual conference will focus on the effective management of odor and air emissions from municipal, industrial, and agricultural facilities.

Designed to foster informed decision-making and encourage the use of effective innovative technologies, this conference brings together environmental professionals from around the world for a showcase on odors and air emissions management. Geared towards plant managers and operators, process engineers, scientists, and planners, the technical program stresses real-life experiences and lessons learned through oral presentations, interactive discussions, workshops, and exhibits.

Conference topics will include methods of sampling, measuring, and estimating emissions; collection system odors and corrosion; odor and emission control systems; biological odor control; odor control planning and monitoring; emissions from biosolids; fate and odor modeling; regulatory issues, sustainability, and greenhouse gases; and odor control strategies and innovative technologies.
