The Phoenix advanced fuel control (AFC) system for fleet operations is designed to be easy to use and fully functional with little set-up. Internal indicators diagnose hardware problems, helping to ensure that vital data is protected. Because it is modular, repairs or routine maintenance can be done quickly, helping to reduce downtime and maintenance cost.

The administrator software is used to program vehicles, drivers, personal identification numbers, limits, and more. The configuration is transmitted to the system and, once processed, it can be accessed through a PC. The software is then used to generate reports. After the data is transferred to the user's PC, they then have access to vehicle and fuel driver information, fuel restrictions, driver and vehicle lockout, department discounts, odometer reasonability, security, reporting, and more. Additional features include:

•Clear keypad
•Heated display
•Diagnostic lights
•Pump control connections
•Illuminated keypad
•Stainless steel cabinet and pedestal
•System bypass
•Prepunched conduit
•Field wiring terminals
