Blade-Loc is a tool that when attached to a vibratory unit facilitates the installation of the Silt-Loc material. Blade-Loc provides a trough for the material to slide smoothly through while being inserted into the ground. Slicing the earth with vibratory motion lessens the power and weight required to make the cut. This allows the material to be placed in a wider variety of soil conditions and also minimizes the surface effects of installation. The material is placed precisely at the required depth and wheel-rolling the slice seals the earth around the material securing it in place. Blade-Loc can also be attached to virtually any current vibratory or static plow. In certain soils, static plowing with the Blade-Loc tool, can result in satisfactory installations.
