Dish Screen

Fecon, Inc.e dish screen is engineered to be productive for a variety of materials. It is designed to require minimal maintenance and for quick set up and removal. A vibratory package is incorporated to pulsate the screen dish and minimize blinding. The product is available as a stationary or mobile unit, with or without discharge conveyors, and a choice of diesel, electric, or PTO power. Options available include remote control, a second screen size for three output sizes, and a variety of in-feed hopper conveyors.

The system's orbital action allows for good separation of fine materials in the dish, fast discharge of the oversized material to minimize spiking, self-cleaning, and quick-change screen with no pin removal or hardware. The product also enables plastic material to float up and away from the screen.

Screen sizes range from four to eleven feet with 0.25-in. x 2.0-in. openings and are available for individual specifications and materials, with a capacity range from 20 to 150 y³/hr based upon what model is selected.
