Dump / Spreader

The heavy duty construction of the 12 M Dump/Spreader includes a steel bolted floor reinforced by a honeycomb type structure, replaceable conveyor apron, conveyor sub-structure, and a hinged conveyor cover in two or three sections. This 100,000-lb unit offers a 1¾ -in. hard induction chromed shaft hinge, as well as a floor hinge with three greasing points on single axle (four on tandem). A low center of gravity provides the vehicle with stability. An opening in the rear apron allows the removing of the chain and chain adjuster, and the front discharge allows the gearbox, sprocket and shaft to be removed for maintenance. By providing a sealed body in critical areas, the system is designed to be impervious against the accumulation of abrasive material.

The spreader offers a side tilt that needs to be raised only when material is low, an adjustable spinner (height and width) and greasable hoist, hinge and cylinder attachments with cavities allowing perimeter lubrification. The tension of the chain is provided by two grease adjustable cylinders. All cylinders are hydraunite treated. Optional features include:
