Every detail about each individual vehicle can be viewed or input from here. Enter service/repair information and work orders, fuel and mileage records, review current depreciation and insurance schedules, permitting and accident history.

Driver Management - Keep up with your drivers using this module. From addresses and emergency contacts to training, tickets, and drug testing. Review accident, unit, and organization history at the click of a button.

Parts Management - Create company codes for products, services, parts, and fleet unit models. E-track's conversion capability recognizes your company codes and changes then to standardized terms for use with third party parts inventory applications.

Motor Pool- Track fleet reservations from the time they are requested to the time they are billed. Enter and track information on fleet units before they are released to drivers or organizations. Easily record essential details like mileage, odometer reading, days or hours used, and define your own hourly, daily, or weekly rates.

System Administration - Create users, user groups, set security and privileges in one simple module. With four levels of mix and match security users can have different access to separate modules at your discretion. Edit drop down menus, customize fields, create lists, and maintain error messages for consistency and easy data entry.

Fleet Administration - Add vendor, mechanic and other business codes to your database, establish administrative codes, create credit card records, and set up preventive maintenance and insurance schedules. Update your fuel prices codes, labor rates, and add new vehicle makes and models.

Accident Management - Track an accident from the moment it happens through subrogation and repair. Create, review, and update records including expenses, property damage, and insurance information.

Event Tracking - Attach a note or a prompt to a single vehicle or the entire fleet. The prompt function notifies users when specific actions need to take place. Or just leave a note attached to a unit record for yourself or other users.

Contact Management - Set up your own electronic database of names, addresses, organizations, email addresses, employees, and vendors. Anyone you do business with will fit into this quick and easy to use file.

Reports and Graphs - E-track comes stocked with a vast array of pre-defined reports and graphs which allow you to easily set filtering criteria, insuring you get exactly the report you need.
