N/A combination of large mixer characteristics in a small mixer size, the 5JTD fixed-mount mixer is a double-reduction gear-driven mixer designed to blend water-like or moderately viscous fluids rapidly and uniformly in volumes to 10,000 gallons. The double-reduction, helical gear design is incorporated for in-line speed reduction. The fixed-mount design permits vertical or angle mounting to beams or channels for open tanks, and options for stuffing boxes or mechanical seals on ANSI flanges are available for closed tanks. The unit has a power range from ¼ to 5 hp, with standard speeds of 310 rpm and 170 rpm. AGMA quality gears, a 100,000 hour B-10 bearing life, pumping rates to 6,000 or more gpm, and a shaft length to nine feet are included on this product.
