Using a non-contacting ultrasonic sensor, the Model OCF-IV Open Channel Flow Monitor measures wastewater flow through flumes or weirs. It features a built-in datalogger plus Windows software to retrieve, display and graph flow reports in fully customizable formats. Additionally, the unit offers isolated 4-20mA and RS232 outputs, 3 control relays, a large flow rate display, and a 10-digit totalizer. Calibration and selection of flume or weir are made through the built-in three-button keypad and user-friendly menu system. A user's calibration set-up is password protected and flow data and totals are safely stored through power interruptions. Temperature compensation is automatic and accuracy is ±0.25%.

Options include intrinsically safe sensors, an enclosure heater and a 12VDC or 24VDC power input.
