When inspection is required in a hazardous location, specify the safest equipment possible. GasCam is the ONLY intrinsically safe (IS) video inspection system. It is certified by Factory Mutual for Class 1, Division 1, Group D environments. Unlike other systems, GasCam inspects live, hazardous, pipelines safely.
The GasCam System uses a high resolution (570 video lines), low light sensitive (1 lux), low energy camera. Lighting is by 12 low energy diodes that produce virtually no heat. Two cameras are included with the system to provide the highest uptime possible.
With the standard light ring, inspections of pipelines up to 8 inches can be performed quickly, easily, and safely. For lines up to 12 inches use the dual LED light ring . It consists of an extension assembly, 4 heavy duty spring legs, and a small and large launcher. For large areas, intrinsic safe lighting modules are available.
