Hydraulic Plow Balance Valves

The Hydraulic Plow Balance Valves are incorporated into the Plow Balance system that is available for both Gear Pump and Load Sense Pump Hydraulic Systems. The system is designed to control the amount of weight that the plow cutting edge bears upon the road surface. Engineered to reduce damage to patches and road lane markers, it offers improved steering through increased front axle weight, a fused power wire and back lighting of the master switch, epoxy-encapsulated coils hydraulic, and hydraulic fittings included with the kit.

The system's master switch is located on the power control box and mounted inside the cab within reach of the driver. In the "off position", the switch allows for normal operation of the plow system. The "on position" activates the plow balance system and enables the plow to follow the contour of the road surface with reduced weight on its cutting edge.
