Nataprene liquid urethane polymer

Nataprene is a premium grade liquid urethane polymer which iscured to a strong, rubbery solid. Cured Nataprene yields a hardness of 90 (durometer A). It has high tensile strength and resilience and excellent resistance to abrasion, compression set, oils, water, solvents, oxidation, ozone, low temperatures and the at of fungus and mildew growth.

Nataprene can be cast or poured to produce a great variety of mc,ided products and protective coatings. When Nataprene is cast against steel or aluminum the bond strength exceeds the cohesive strength of the Nataprene itself.

Since its development in 1972, Nataprene has received wide acceptance in applications where its exceptional resistance to abrasion, its hydrolytic stability, high load-bearing capacity and resistance to chemicals, oils and solvents are required. This combination of properties has produced dramatic results in applications for the chemicals industry, mining industry and in the bulk handling of abrasive materials.
