Hi-Tech Environmental, Inc.dom dump media 120 provides 30ft² / ft³ surface area, and has a surface voidage of at least 95%. It is produced from a thermoplastic homopolymer material, which is chemically inert, non-toxic to microorganisms, and immune to fungal or bacterial degradation. This media is used in single or two stage high rate filters for removal of BOD. The packing is designed for treatment of high strength effluents, aerobically or anaerobically in deep bed applications including domestic, industrial and refinery wastes.
