The compact, highly-mobile KR1010 rubble plant measures 12 ft, 6 in. high, 8 ft., 6 in. wide and 45 ft. long. Powered by a six-cylinder, 8.1-liter diesel engine that develops 240 hp at 1800 rpm, the plant sets up in approximately 15 minutes and processes concrete and asphalt rubble at up to 150 tons per hour. The plant is designed for small to medium size jobs in cramped urban areas.

The crusher is the Hazemga APSE 1010/Q primary impactor designed especially for recycling and features a 25 x 40-in. feed opening with hinged inlet hood, hinged split housing, adjustable aprons, and large access door. The vibrating grizzly feeder has a direct-coupled 30 hp hydraulic motor for variable speed control. A bypass section or optional reject belt can be used to remove fine, undersized material from the grizzly feeder. The discharge conveyor is 36 in. by 30 ft with 8-in. channel frame and tubular cross members.
