Sandbag Systems, Inc.NDER is designed to quickly and easily mount and dismount to standard dump truck bodies. Operating on any standard 8-gallon-per-minute hydraulic system, this unit features dual dispensing hoppers. Both chutes can be simultaneously or independently operated. At full capacity, both chutes are said to be able to fill up to 1,500 bags in one hour. Loading bars that are easy to reach and operate from any angle are also included.
The system requires minimum pressure to activate. Mud, sand, or stone is dispersed to both filler chutes via two independently powered and operated conveyor belts. These belts are constructed of heavy, reinforced, industrial grade rubber, and a patented lip seal between conveyor belt and conveyor body is designed to prevent spillage, and extend belt life. The filling chutes are constructed of high-density polyethylene plastic. The company claims this product resists impact and cracking, won't dent, rust, or corrode.
