Sewage Pump Station Rehabilitation Process Can Be Accomplished within 24 Hours, including removing and reinstalling the pumps.
The sewage pump station is located inside a small building. The structure is pressure cleaned and grouted as needed. The Poly-Triplex Liner is saturated with epoxy resin and is then lowered into position for pressurization and curing.
Pressurization and steam injection provide the curing process the necessary ingredients to completely bond the Poly-Triplex Liner to the existing structure. In a typical installation, the entire inside of the structure is cured simultaneously.
