The settings on this unit are pre-programmed, and the machine will maintain these settings until changed by the operator. The system is designed for operating ease and requires little lifting on the part of the operator. The master roll handling feature utilizes a pneumatic arbor squeeze system with freewheeling bearings and an automatic brake that maintains proper tensioning for tight compact rolls. Additional features include:
• 1 HP AC inverter drive
• Forward & Reverse Drive Jog foot pedal
• Built in auto-manual stake feed conveyor that holds 100 1.25-in. stakes
• Cloth width - up to four feet
• Manual master roll lateral alignment
• Pneumatic requirements - 3 HP air compressor 90 to 100 PSI clean dry air
