Meyer MAX moldboards are constructed of a one-piece, unspliced sheet of high molecular weight polyethylene. Curvature is roll formed and locked in place for a precise radius, providing efficient snow rolling action. Additional features include:
•Low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating and slippery
•High resistance to abrasion extends moldboard surface life
•High resistance to impact
•Will not rust
•Zero water absorption, resists snow and ice freezing to surface
•Color is permanent, ultraviolet resistant and an integral part of the polyethylene composition
