Sod and Turf Staple System

The company offers the TurfTacs and Turftracker system to secure sod, turfgrass, erosion control netting or other slope-stabilization products, starter netting, and grass and flower mats. The system features a strong resin for strong tacs, oxygen-barrier packaging for a long shelf, a heavy-gauge stainless steel tacker, stabilizing cross-bar to keep the tacker upright, and a window in the tacker tat shows the remaining tacs.

The tacs are constructed with a natural corn by-product. They are biodegradable in six to eight months for environmental safety and no risk of mower damage or operator injury. The tacker can hold a 60-staple cartridge. The handle is hand-height, and it allows the operator to apply staples while walking without the need to bend down.
