Forestry Suppliersoadcast seeding, spreading granular and pelleted type fertilizers, granular herbicides and insecticides, and ice melters, the Thompson S-3B PTO spreader has a capacity of three cubic bushels. It features an upper arm bracket and lower cross bar for three point hitch mounting, and uses PTO power 1-3/8 in. coupling. The system is designed to operate in the 540 to 1,000 rpm range, and is said to offer a high quality flexible drive shaft with ½-in. diameter core. The system features heavy-galvanized steel hopper construction, a and heavy box design frame, stainless steel spreading spinner and a rotary agitator.
