The Model 2499 FloSite batch controller is an automatic batching and blending controller for liquid applications.
The controller can be used for two-stage shutdown in piping systems to help minimize the effects of water hammer and to help prevent batch overruns. Display, flow rate and totalized flow is user-selectable. Accuracy is said to be +1% of indicated flow over the full calibrated range.
All controls are located on a touch-sensitive pad on the front panel of the unit. The controller features a six-digit LED display. The NEMA 4X housing can be panel- or wall-mounted.
