Keystone Retaining Wall Systems Inc. of high strength, low absorption concrete, the Compac unit can be used where a deep embedment is not required. This unit has a lighter weight and shorter tail design than the company's Standard unit, and is said to be easy to handle.
Measuring 8"h x 18"w x 10-1/4"d*, this unit is available in angular-sided units for construction of convex and/or concave curves to meet the site contours. It is also available in multiple face styles for design options to coordinate with any site or building design. The system features an interlocked, dry stacked assembly that requires no mortar and allows free flow drainage through the wall releasing hydrostatic loads. A patented fiberglass pin system ensure proper alignment, unit interlock and positive mechanical connection between the structural units, geogrids and the retained soil mass.
