The Minicell DAF clarifier is aimed at solving water and effluent treatment problems faced continually by food and dairy processors. It is designed to deal with the lower throughput rates typical to this industry. According to the manufacturer, the model exhibits incredible efficiency for it's size due to it's internal flocculation chamber, and is designed with fewer moving parts and hence requires less maintenance. It is circular in design, operates at a low hydraulic loading rate, is constructed of stainless steel, and can usually be installed in less than a day.
