Dissolved Oxygen Meter

The new EVITA OXY dissolved oxygen meter is a user-friendly, low maintenance technology designed for wastewater treatment plants. Calibration is a matter of tilting the meter for 5 minutes, just three times a year. No technician is required. Cleaning is done with a cloth 3 times a year. No training is required. Regeneration is also unnecessary. The sensor is simply replaced every 2 or 3 years, in less than 5 minutes. No manual is required. The sensor is designed to provide optimum control of the aeration tanks with less than 30 minutes of maintenance a year. The meter design, which includes four fins, makes it self-cleaning.

The unit is also designed for high accuracy. Any membrane puncture instantly triggers an alarm, and the meter and electronics are completely self-diagnostic. An accurate Pt 1000 temperature sensor (>0.01°C) makes sure that the electronics can compensate for changes in permeability of the membrane. Also, the membrane is automatically monitored for leaks on an on-going basis
