Dump Body and Scissor Hoist Factsheet

Profiling the Model PCS dump bodies and scissor hoists, this factsheet includes sizes available, structural makeup and capacity information. The dump body is fully welded, is completely constructed of 10-gauge steel, and features a tailgate latching system designed for quick and convenient tailgate lowering. Double wall sides create a boxed top rail and include 45° sloped, dirt shedding subrails. The body under structure is built with three-in. structural steel channels spaced every 12-in. and supported by five-in. structural channel longitudinals. This unit is available in lengths of 8-11 ft., with a struck capacity of 2-4 yd and a hoist capacity up to 12 tons.

The scissor hoist unit, engineered to have a high lift capacity, features a factory installed body prop. The hoist is an NTEA class 40 unit, has a two-in. chromed cylinder rod and a mounting height of 9.5-in. Other specifications include:
