Electrogage

EG Controls, Inc.rogage is a combination of a well-type manometer and electrical conductivity. The Electrogage is specifically designed for use in fresh water and wastewater applications.

The product has one common contact which maintains electrical connection with the mercury at all times. A series of 40 control contacts located in the indicating column are locate to produce an electrical output every 3 in. of water pressure applied to the instrument.

The control contacts can be used to directly energize conventional electromechanical relays or PLC inputs without any other interface devices needed. Contacts are rated at 24V DC/AC, 5 VA each contact max. A UL Class II Power Supply is included to meet UL requirements. The Electrogage can be combined with PLC technology to be made Scada ready.
