Engineered Pipe Systems (EPS) is the world's leading manufacturer of glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) pipe
Engineered Pipe Systems (EPS) is the world's leading manufacturer of glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) pipe. Lightweight, corrosion resistant and manufactured under strict quality standards, Flowtite pipe is easy to install. Plus, Flowtite requires no special linings or coatings.

Flowtite pipe is being used to structurally rehabilitate both non-pressure and pressure pipelines via the sliplining installation method. With it's relatively thin walls, high hoop strength and stiffness, and long lengths, Flowtite is ideal for restoring the pressure and/or soil load carrying capability of a buried corroded pipe. Flowtite is offerred in standard pressure classes ranging from 6 bar (87 psig) to 32 bar (464 psig), depending on diameter.

All manufacturing facilities produce Flowtite pipe in diameters 300 mm (12") to 2400 mm (96"), while some facilities have expanded capabilities to cover down to 100 mm (4") and upto 3700 mm (144"). The standard joint is a Flowtite GRP coupling with precision machined grooves which hold EPDM elastomeric Reka gaskets.

Flowtite pipe is offered in standard lengths of 6 and 12 meters ( 19.7 and 39.4 ft.). However, pipes of virtually any length can be produced on the continous advancing mandrel process. In addition, for large projects, a custom diameter of pipe can be fabricated which closely matches the inside diameter of the pipe being restored thereby minimizing loss in flow capacity.
