GBA Fleet Master is designed to allow you to easily track vehicles, their maintenance, their costs (both annual and for the life of each vehicle) making up a fleet of vehicles. This program has been developed to allow for maximum flexibility and customization. Each vehicle in your fleet is a separate record in the database, allowing you to track data specific to that vehicle. For example, fleet managers are able to track the operating status of the vehicle - from the number of days it is used to the number of hours it has been in the shop for repairs. Attributes associated with preventative maintenance needs based on time and usage can be logged. The application uses vehicle readings (odometer readings, hour meter readings, date, and user definable meter readings) as "Alarm" fields for helping managers keep track of costs, preventive maintenance scheduling, work order scheduling, estimated annual readings, and warranty information and status.

The GBA Fleet Master program is modular, with individual modules organizing information that includes Basic Vehicle Information (monthly costs, depreciation values, status of vehicle, department vehicle belongs to, color, vehicle type, model etc), Work Orders (Current, Preventative Maintenance, Emergency, Archived), Preventative Maintenance Tasks (Upcoming, Archived), Fuelings (Recent, Archived), Associated Parts and Associated Fluids.

The program is designed to alert managers of the occurrence of several key events, including when a vehicle is due for maintenance, when the estimated lifespan of a vehicle has been reached and when a current work order needs to be completed. GBA Fleet Master also allows managers to perform fleet comparisons. Creating a graph of the cost per mile of each of your fleets lets you compare your crew and fleet efficiency. If one of the graphs is off the charts, you have valid reason to investigate that fleet's performance.

For complete budgeting and cost analysis purposes, the program tracks costs of labor used to complete work orders and use of parts and fluids associated with a vehicle. These parts and fluids can be linked to the GBA Parts Inventory program, which can track the purchase, transactions, and quantities of the stock inventory of these items.
