Spectronics Corporationlens technology utilized in the company's patented TITAN UV/Blue leak detection lamp features a "dichroic" filter lens said to enable to lamp to product up to 30 times more leak detection light than competitive lamps. The 100-watt, flashlight-style TL-100/12 TITAN lamp with an inspection range of up to 20 ft is designed for use in large systems such as supermarket chillers and commercial rooftop units. The 50-watt, compact TL-50/12 system, with an inspection range of up to two ft, can be used for smaller systems including ice machines, window A/C units and water coolers. Both lamps are portable and are powered by 12-volt rechargeable batteries.
