On-Line Analyzer

The TresCon multi-parameter on-line monitoring system measures Ammonia-Nitrogen, Nitrate-Nitrogen, Nitrite-Nitrogen, Ortho-Phosphate, and others. All analyzer modules are microprocessor-based, self contained system components that operate independent of each other. Up to three modules can be integrated into a single system regardless of selected analysis parameters.

The modular, flexible design of this system permits it to be reconfigured in the event of a treatment process change or the extension of a wastewater facility. The system is designed for simple operation, with no special training required. It displays all analysis results in numerical and graphic format with messages and preventive maintenance information on a backlit display. Stored historical data can be plotted as curves with numerical values to permit the user to visualize daily or weekly trends and to study performance of specific plant processes. It also incorporates a PID control function, serial interfaces and proportional control (PW/PF) to permit use with demanding applications.
