Pipecure

Pipecure is a nonchloride concrete accelerator and plasticizer which has been formulated to increase strength without the long-term corrosion problems of competing products.

Pipecure enables precast forms to be stripped in 1/2 the normal time. Pipecure produces high early and ultimate strengths that enable masonry or concrete to bear loads earlier and reduces cracks. Workability of the mix is substantially improved and the surface finish is superior.

APPLICATION
In most applications Pipecure should be added at the rate of 10-20 ounces per 100# (650 to 1300 ml per 100 kg) of cementatious material. If the aggregate is porous or the cement ratio is low, then more Pipecure will be required. Add the concentrated product during the final water phase of the mixing cycle. Do not add this product at an earlier stage as this will lower its effectiveness. In the event a plasticizer or air entraining admixture is used, the amount should be reduced by at least 75%.
