Reading Body Works, Inc.m bodies now feature full rust protection with the manufacturer's Lectro-Life immersion priming and a top coating of high gloss black urethane paint. In the Lectro-Life process, the platforms move through a series of phosphate baths to thoroughly cleanse them. They are then completely submerged in a vat of electrically charged primer, which fuses the paint to every nook and cranny. Finally, the platforms are oven baked for a fully cured finish. The platforms are then top coated with two-component, high gloss black urethane paint. The paint is sprayed on using a sophisticated computer controlled mixing system. The mixing system ensures precise coverage for proper coating performance and a high gloss, durable shine.
