Ratech Electronics Ltd.o extend the capabilities of the company's lateral service camera and control unit, the Mini-Mainline system can be used for mainline inspections to 24-in. in diameter. A portable reel supplied comes with a 500 ft of mainline inspection cable, a continuous contact sealed "maintenance free' slip ring assembly, hand crank cable levelwind, mechanical counter assembly (electronic counter optional), two 10-in. pneumatic wheels and a removable tray table for viewing the video monitor/control unit during inspection. An optional third wheel is available for transporting the unit.

The mainline adapter tube assemble, with pipe spacer plates from 8 to 24 in., is provided to allow the operator to insert and secure the camera into the watertight housing. Lighting is provided with a Lo-Profile 20-watt exterior lighthead protected by a rollover bar system. Light intensity is controlled from the CCU (camera control unit) and/or optional light power box that is capable of producing up to 500 watts of power. Optional features include a Pan n' Rotate or Straight View Mainline Inspection Camera with remote features, a video titler with on-screen electronic counter, high intensity light power box for large pipe diameters, motor rewind with speed control, and a camera transporter and control unit. A 1400-watt gas powered generator, a hand winch with 500-ft stainless steel tow cable and 1000 ft of TV inspection cable are also available.
