Western Oilfields Supply Company, active for over 60 years in all aspects of fluid handling produces a quality line of pumps for industrial customers under the Power Prime Pump brand.

Power Prime Pumps are used in mining, construction, industrial, municipal and environmental applications throughout the United States. Whatever the need, waste water or fresh water, acidic or caustic, solids or abrasives, engine or electric drive, trailer or skid base, Power Prime can solve the problem.

The Power Prime standard configuration is an end suction centrifugal pump with a fully open impeller, enabling the pump to handle solids. The low side discharge outlet ensures easy pipe connection. Other configurations are available for specific applications.

All pump castings are available in either spheroidal graphite cast iron (standard), stainless steel, or CD4MCu alloys to service a wide spectrum of duties and users. All components are chemically compatible in the three options.

The pump is a true self-prime pump and does not require manual priming of the suction line or filling a priming tank in order to begin its normal operation. In addition, the pump can run dry for extended time periods due to the oil bath mechanical seal assembly. The air venturi priming system allows priming with long suction hoses and suction lifts of up to 28 feet. As fluid levels fluctuate, the Power Prime Pump will "snore" until the time liquid is available for the pump to fully reprime itself automatically.

The typical assembly combines the pump with a John Deere diesel engine on a trailer complete with integral fuel tank sized for 24-hour continuous operation and a single-point lifting frame. A wide range of standard or custom fuel skids / trailers / drivers / pumps / controllers are available, so please, contact the Power Prime Pump division to discuss your exact requirements.
