The new Titan series recycle system provides high-volume, purified water by utilizing either reverse osmosis or carbon ion exchange with recycling. This system, a standard version of a line of custom, in-plant DI systems, helps provide flexibility for high-volume, high-mix operations, such as contract assembly. PCB assemblers can switch their aqueous cleaners from open-loop to closed-loop operation without downtime to accommodate different flux chemistries, cleaning chemistries and additives. In addition, the recycle system can supply feed water for interstage chemical isolation.
