Reading Body Works is incorporating rotary locks on all steel compact, regular, and heavy duty Classic Series service bodies.

The rotary lock mechanism features improved security and is held in place with eight rivets. Additional rotary lock features include:

  • spring-loaded lock handle which moves freely when in locked position to prevent forced entry
  • upgraded key cylinder allows key entry in either position
  • compartment doors are recessed for flush installation of lock
  • lock cylinder is guaranteed for life to the original owner
  • cam mechanism in lock has an ever-lube coating which provides continual lubrication with minimal maintenance
  • leakproof design
