The PurCon is a system that has been specially developed for continuous sample preparation from the aeration stage of a sewage treatment plant. The system provides a continuous flow of permeate sufficient for several analyzers. This is one of the pre-conditions if analyzers are to be used in control circuits with short response times.
This system meets DIN Standard 38405/38406. The sample is free from particles, suspended solids and bacteria to avoid analyzer fouling and clogging. The short sample processing times help provide analyzers with fresh, representative samples concentration levels from aeration basins.
