Phipps & Bird, Inc.ssolved Oxygen Sewage Sampler collects two simultaneous samples in accordance with APHA specifications. The bucket-type sampler is suitable for the manual spot-sampling of water at depths up to 5 ft. The system displaces three times bottle volume without aeration, accommodates two 250 or 300 ml bottles, and collects samples suitable for BOD, DO, and other laboratory determinations. The system includes two suspension chains and rubber stoppers, a thermometer clip on the air vent tube, and a rubber gasket and clamps designed to ensure airtight closure.
