Our firm provides sureties with information to help evaluate the options in default situations, payment bond claims, and in establishing an appropriate monetary reserve. We estimate cost-to-complete and performance bond exposure on troubled projects, forecast reserve needs, and recommend completion alternatives. We can assume all contract management responsibilities including negotiations with obligee and termination procedures. Our firm can act on the surety's behalf to arrange for and monitor the completion of terminated contracts. This would include preparing the re-bid documents and selecting the completion contractor.
