Tension/Compression Load Cell

The Model 47 load cell features ASTM E74 calibration and accuracy to 0.02%. This tension/compression load cell is available in ranges from 200 to 100,00 lb. and the versatile, low profile design allows the unit to be used for a variety of applications including punch press monitoring and dynomometer testing.

The product is fully welded and manufactured from 17-4 PH stainless steel, and mounting dimensions are universally interchangeable with the industry. The rugged design incorporates a stabilizing diaphragm and full scale deflection of 0.001 to 0.003 in. to provide a fatigue life of 10⁸ fully reversed cycles. Additional features include:

• Standard output of 2mV/V with an excitation of 10-15 VDC or VAC, and high level output of 4-20 mA and ±5VDC is optional

• Static overload capacity of 200% and overload stops are available for more severe situations

• Weatherproof and submersible cable configurations are also available

• CE rating and CENELEC approved intrinsically safe amplifier is offered

• Operating temperature of –65°F to 200°F
