The AP25 Tying Machine consists of a battery pack, a tie pack, and a tie-band.
The battery pack is worn on the back and contains rechargeable cadmium nickel batteries. The tie pack is clipped below the battery pack and contains a reel of 1500 to 1600 bands. The tie-bands consists of polypropylene steel wire. The band is biodegradable and systems is equipped with an electronic system for fastening the tie-bands with varying degrees of thickness.
