Greyline Instruments Inc. non-contacting ultrasonic sensor and a built-in three-key calibration system, the SLT32 level and flow monitor can be used as a level transmitter for tank inventory applications with continuous display and control. It can also be used as an open channel flow monitor with display, totalization, control, and analog outputs. Features of this system include a non-contacting PVC and Teflon sensor rated for ranges up to 32ft, NEMA 4X electronics enclosure, two digital displays, isolated 4-20mA output, three control relays programmable for pump control, pump alternation, level alarms, and/or a flow proportionate pulse. Options include intrinsically safe sensors, additional control relays and built-in in 50-000 point data logger and reporting system with RS232 output and Windows software. It can be used for pump control for sewage lift stations or sumps, open channel flow applications and chemical tank inventory.
