The Blade-Loc tool is a vibratory unit designed to facilitate the installation of the silt fence. It provides a trough for the material to slide smoothly through while being inserted into the ground. Slicing the earth with vibratory motion lessens the power and weight required to cut. This allows the material to be placed in a wider variety of soil conditions and also minimizes the surface effects of installation. The material is placed precisely at the required depth and wheel-rolling the slice seals the earth around the material, securing it in place. This unit can be attached to many vibratory or static plows.
