Gas Diffuser Brochure

Gas diffusers for the water, wastewater and process industries are outlined in an eight-page, full color brochure. These aeration devices can be used in aerobic wastewater treatment technologies. The brochure reviews the basic history of the principles of diffused gas aeration and its uses, and features color photos of the diffusers offered, installations, and line drawings with dimensional and capacity data. CFM rating capacities of each gas diffuser is presented as well.

Five diffuser models are detailed in this brochure:
• The Hydro-Chek downflow diffuser is a small, coarse bubble unit with a flexible diaphragm designed to act as a check valve when gas is not flowing through the orifices of the diffuser.
• The SS Series Plenum coarse bubble diffuser is a high volume unit constructed of stainless steel with no moving parts that delivers coarse bubbles in a curtain pattern.
• MTD Series membrane check valve diffuser is a tubular device delivering fine bubbles in a curtain pattern.
• FBP/FBS Series Dome diffuser and FBT series tubular shaped ceramic diffusers are designed for use in extreme duty and high performance applications.
