The WISS-921 Parallel Plus Plow Hitch is designed to allow the snowplow to be mounted closer to the front of the truck. This allows for less weight on the front axle. The low profile allows trucks with stationary grilles to have the hoods tilt over the top of the hitch for easier engine maintenance. Other features include:

• the elimination of lift chains and chain adjustments,

• a lift cylinder of at least 3.25-in. x 10-in. single acting and used in conjunction with an assist spring of at least 1.625–in OD x 19-in. long with a pull down load of at least 400 lb.

• Optional heavy-duty 0.625-in thick side plates.
