PM Automated Servicing and P.M. Module

The Automated PM Module is just one feature of the powerful MPM4 Equipment Management System. This module has the most powerful PM Scheduler that you can buy today. It also happens to be the easiest to use. With this system you simply create an asset record for each piece of your equipment, making sure there is a service chart in the system for each type of equipment (our system comes pre-loaded with PM charts) for each interval (250, 500, 750, 1000, etc.), then once per week you would enter all the hour meter readings into the HOUR METER SCREEN. When you are done, you would just click on the ISSUE ALL SERVICING DUE button with your mouse and every service chart that is now due will print. As these are completed you simply click on the unit number on the back-log page and enter the date of the service. The unit then disappears form the Service Schedule Window until it has accumulated enough hours to qualify for another change.

Anytime that you are in the program and you forget what to do just press F1 and the program will open the exact page of the manual that you need to see, as with all of our lines of software. This is called Context Sensitive Help and it is one of our most popular features.
