HeaterMeals get hot and ready-to-eat in approximately 14 minutes, without electricity, fire or flame. The food heater is made of iron and magnesium. When the water is added, it mixes with the iron and magnesium and produces heat. These meals need no refrigeration or freezing, have a shelf life of 24 months, and can be stocked anywhere.
The packages include an entrée, a flameless food heater, a fork, salt, pepper, a napkin, and a 2-oz. pouch of water. Nothing is needed that is not supplied. Each entrée is ¾ lb. or larger. Varieties include:
•Mashed potatoes, gravy and flame broiled turkey breast
•Mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes and beef
•Homestyle chicken and noodles in gravy
•Spaghetti with meatballs
•Green pepper steak with rice
•Three cheese lasagna
•Potatoes with gravy and sausage patty
