Auto-Tie Baler

Excel Manufacturing, Inc.o-ram, auto-tie baler chassis utilizes interlocking design and solid steel sheets to provide seamless construction. The system is made with either left-hand or right-hand eject, remote operating controls mounted on a pedestal, automatic bales sizing system, full platen penetration, and NEMA 12 rated enclosures and controls. Additional features include a power unit mounted on back of the machine, air/oil heat exchanger, one spool of 13 gauge ultrahigh tensile galvanized wire, standard hopper, percent of bale complete indicator lights, and a 3-phase 20hp TEFC motor with standard voltage (208 V, 230 V, 460 V, 60H).

A 29-second main ram dry cycle time is standard, and a short stroke selector is available to reduce cycle time to 21 seconds. The unit is UL, CUL and CE approved and is available with above ground or in-ground conveyor for a turn-key system. It can bale office paper, newspaper, OCC, magazines, PET, HDPE, aluminum cans, tin cans, and printer waste.
