Autodesk VIP
Free Upgrades. Upgrades are free to VIP subscribers, so you can always have the latest and greatest version of your favorite Autodesk software. This includes all major and minor upgrades released during the subscription term.
VIP CD Library. The VIP CD Library is sent to all VIP subscribers on a quarterly basis. This CD contains hundreds of megabytes of tools and information, including bonus tools, a searchable database of technical support documents, interactive training and previews of Autodesk and third-party software. Periodically, other free value-added features are offered, such as the recently released AutoCAD Mechanical software and the new Visual LISP custom programming language for AutoCAD.
VIP Headquarters. The new VIP Headquarters, a password-enabled extranet web site available to VIP members only, provides a real-time distribution method for the ongoing value stream included with the VIP Subscription Program. This new VIP feature is located on Autodesk's web site. Members can log on and download AutoCAD Express Tools, special VIP AutoCAD Learning Assistance tutorials and add-on products, such as Visual LISP, at no additional cost.
Discussion Groups. Discussion groups available on the new VIP Headquarters web site allow VIP subscribers to join in real-time discussions with Autodesk engineers, the VIP management team and other VIP subscribers. Members can also use the discussion groups to receive support for AutoCAD Express Tools and inform VIP Program managers of their wish lists for new tools.
