Calcium Chloride Pastille
Tiger's calcium chloride pastille, featured at the APWA Conference and Exhibition, is extracted from a deposit in Alberts, the processed in a super-saturated solution. The pastilles are a split-pea shape, and are said to be virtually dust-free. It has a low firability.
The product will not roll from a surface when it is applied as an ice melt, and will not clump when added to water produce a brine.
