The three-phase overhead switch model CESAR has been designed and built as a Load Break Switch for use in rural or suburban medium voltage distribution networks. Fitted with a vacuum-break device contained in a composite enclosure, CESAR is suitable for all network configurations, especially those requiring frequent breaking under severe environmental conditions. CESAR can be operated manually or electrically. A control box is used for the electrical control of the switch and for connecting it onto a SCADA telecontrol.
